Online Privacy Tips For Christmas

This is a nice brief video from Chris Pirillo about privacy online. He makes some simple and common sense suggestions sent to him from one of his readers.

This is especially relevant right now in the midst of the Christmas season, as people flock to shop online.

Hello Mr. Dubin,

In April 2007, my colleague Pravin had used your blog to request permission to quote some of your perspectives in an article we were writing on Mobile Security. You granted us permission - thanks again for that.

Currently, we are writing an article titled 'Best IT Practices for SMBs' and we would like to request your permission to quote you in this article.

The quotes are from the following publications:
1) TechTarget (SearchSMB, and SearchCIO) and 2) Bio-Energy Business.

The publication dates of these articles range from July 2006 - February 2007 (majority from 2007)

As you suggested earlier, we will provide proper attribution to these publications.

Looking forward to your response,

Thank You,

Esha Malhotra

Yes, you have my permission to quote any of my SearchSMB articles. Again, as before, just make sure to provide attribution to SearchSMB.

I also left a message on Jim Zimmermann's voice mail, saying the same.
